    • Self-Gifting Focus: Hampers are designed as a self-gifting service. Gift vouchers are available for those who wish to provide others with the opportunity to pamper themselves.

    2. Payment and Pricing

    • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

    • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

    • We reserve the right to adjust prices or promotional offers without prior notice.

    3. Order Processing and Delivery

    • Orders will close on the last day of every month.

    • All boxes will be shipped on the 10th of every month.

    • If your order is placed between the 30th and the 10th of every month, please expect your order to arrive within 3-4 weeks.

    • Standard shipping times range from 5-7 business days within the UK after dispatch.

    • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., postal strikes or weather conditions) are not the responsibility of Happy Ever After by TigerHeart.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided at checkout.

    4. Customization

    • Customization is based on the information provided in the "Tailored-To-You" questionnaire.

    • If you require specific changes after submission, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

    5. Refunds and Returns

    • If your hamper arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
